High Dividend Stocks 101

I’m a bit of a stock junkie, but a conservative stock junkie.  What that means to me is that a) I have most of my portfolio in funds and etfs rather than in individual stocks, and b) the stocks I do purchase tend to be high dividend payers. 

Why?  Well, I guess we could blame John (Jack) Bogle for a) and Jeremy Seigel for b).  If You’re not familiar with Jack or Jeremy, I’d recommend you do some reading.
